So Ron, you again ???
Unable to look me in the eyes ???

But not here or there really,
but your just posted comments
about the role of physical gold,
as in its connection
to fiat paper money,
as follows you spoke
is <<At its heart,>>
where your perceptions are.

aSoon Atime will tell the true story.

(below, Ron Reece's thoughts)

At its heart,
ANY FINANCIAL SYSTEM
IS NOTHING MORE
THAN A CONFIDENCE GAME.

So long as people believe their money
is worth something,
they will continue to use it.

It really doesn't matter
whether that money is backed by gold
or merely the full faith and credit (FF&C)
of an entire nation.

What matters is the perception
that people hold in a currency
and the willingness to accept its use
in day to day business transactions.

That's why I think Goldbugs are so self-defeating.
