I was wearing wide soled shoes and tried a fancy soccer maneuver - when I landed the outside sole hooked the pavement and I rolled over on my ankle - the steel buckle dug into my foot sideways and snapped the outside bone of my foot in half. I'm supposed to be ok in a week - I refused to get a cast, but I'm hopping along on crutches :(
