That's an interesting concept, Rosa. I wonder how much flexibility the SEC allows publicly traded companies? We've seen IPO's delayed to await a more favorable market, but I never knew a company had the latitude to "time" its earnings reports.

I'm thinking this is just another example of Henry's piss poor communications skills. He doesn't own this company - the shareholders do. It's high time for him to cut out the secrecy crap and let me in on how he's utilizing my capital.
