How does PSFT fit into the scheme of things? PSFT is a rather anomalous case. While a gorilla in HR, they have expanded the business far beyond HR without effectively leveraging on their HR gorilla status. This puts them in the position of being something of a niche gorilla ... depending on your views of the size and future of the HR market ... who has executed poorly on capitalizing on their gorilladom to create new tornados.
