I have not heard from Sal, but as I have several folks that I e-mail to that have the same problems as I, I am used to not hearing from them for several days as they may be sick or too tired to even mess with it, so I was not alarmed that he has not contacted me yet.

I will be patient, and I hope he contacts me.
