Looks like the good Judge is getting ready to put the hammer down on this "piece of crap" company and get them split-up in quick fashion. One certainly can see the end is near when MSFT groupees have to stoop to the point of actually arguing about the software "quality and security" aspects of MSFT software. Previously, their tact was to say that software quality and security was not important just the almighty buck. Now they have the worst of both worlds, i.e. a bunch of lousy software and declining market cap.
