Does he really have much to gain by coming down hard on MSFT now? It will give MSFT a stronger appeals case. He has already done much damage to MSFT as it is. IMO if he's smart he'd come somewhere in between and give MSFT a harder appeals. It's miller time just sit back and wait. TTOSBT
