Why blame him alone? The entire FOMC is the most powerful yet unknown entity in the whole world! I wonder why can't interest rate be determined by the public like the price of a publicly traded stock. If it's illegal for an individual to manipulate a stock, why should it be legal for a single group to determine the interest rate based on their wills?
