Earnings: If a publicly traded company is going to have bad earnings, don't they have to give a warning? Since there is no warning, i assume (hope) that the delay is for the P.R. purpose of announcing the merger and earnings together. Further, doesn't GMST have sufficient cash from the Arbitration that they could meet just about any earnings target? Its all a matter of how much they want to recognize on any given quarter. Hoping for a stock price rocket, but would accept a life preserver . . . -wopr
