Kilo Question.....

>>I think the question is not why has Novell not capitalized on its inherent value, but whether we will be able to going forward.>>

The quality of the questions we ask determine the reality which we create.

The question, "....whether we will be able to going forward?" speaks volumes.

We need new people who understand the power of asking POSITIVE questions:

...like....

"When we concretely turn Novell around in a major way, what more should we be doing to position ourselves very positively to our investors and customers?"

Novell's current dysfunctional negativity is rooted in an ingrained sense of compression in morale and confidence.

This must be turned around in a BIG way.

The mind cannot take negativity. It simply suts down and goes into overdrive defensiveness which leads to hardened cynicism. Once hardened cynicism sets in it's very, very hard to root out for it blends as easily as it hides.

Peace.
