Crazyman - RE: "More news from CrazyMan: I believe I'm going to have to build another 40 systems (K7 based of course) within the next month or so, this is above and beyond the current 37. I hope we have the opportunity to use the Duron or Thunderbird. I hope to see some reviews soon.

Now come guys, I'm doing my part, if each of you would order the components for 80 or so systems, AMD will kick butt. How about it? <hehe>"

Wow, you are doing a good job at picking up the slack for shareholders like me who don't have an Athlon product yet. ;) I am going to upgrade this summer and what I REALLY want is a 1GHz Athlon (Thunderbird). I don't need that much power, but I want the GHz. Anyways, there is never a thing as "too much power" ;) But I am not willing to pay the $1000 they are asking for right now. I am expecting Copper Thunderbird to drive prices of the 1GHz part down in the next couple of months, but I don't know if I will even be willing to pay $800 for a processor. Heck, the most I have spent is $120 for my K6-III. The other thing my purchase will depend on is if I will be able to stick in a 1.5 - 1.7+ GHz Mustang into my motherboard one year from now. I prefer to keep motherboards rather than upgrade them. That keeps the upgrades simpler.
