Hi Sarmad -

Yes it has been awful quiet around here. I guess people do not feel like researching and posting when good news or good performance does not impact the price of our stocks. The NASDAQ has taken a tremendous fall from 5500 to 3100+ to give us an early summer slow down. I think when it comes back it will come back different. Maybe the dot coms won't rate as high unless they start making money. I still think drive stocks are poised for a comeback.

I do not think IBM can dominate the drive market. They seem to have difficulty manufacturing. I'm sure if EMC had too many failures then other companies are having the same problem. Their prices do not seem competitive in the desktop market and they have missed several opportunities in the enterprise market. Seagate's performance hasn't been so hot either.

Drive prices are falling a little more this quarter than they did last quarter but this is nothing compared to last year. We can still have a good quarter if the units do not drop much. Orders for semiconductors are going through the roof so something is being manufactured out there. Time is on our side with all the new fast growing applications.

Regards,
Mark
