I believe I'm in the minority when I wish that Global Crossing would maintain "control" of the Global Center and Asia Global Crossing in the future following their IPOs. It is my understanding that the ultimate result, at least as far as Global Center is concerned, is that stockholders will receive ownership via some form of a stock dividend.

I realize I am apparently wrong in thinking the whole is more valuable than a sum of the parts.

Could someone please explain to me...like I'm a 12 year-old...how the proposed methodology will provide greater shareholder returns versus Global Crossing controlling the remaining stock following the IPOs.

Regards,

Scott W.
