Wally: I believe the bottom is in on the Naz for some time. I do not think we will have a retest anytime soon. The tech. sector is sold out and is poised for a significant rally ff the bottom. The Sox is taking off per the P & F forecast. Joey B. will be back in control. The Naz crazies will once again inhabit the earth. I believe now that there will be a rotation away from drugs and cyclicals back to tech for the time being. Second Q tech. earnings will look strong. The 1994 pattern was to sell off a hike and then slowly recover to the next hike. The Naz has synchronized with the broader market now that the bubble is gone it will act more in line. And for the bears, a look at 1973-1974 will show a nice summer rally in the summer of 1973.
