I'd rather see Microsoft win in court on appeal than have Republicans call off the DOJ hyenas now, only to have Democrats unleash them the next time they're at bat. Don't forget, as fickle voters change their minds we see the nation's leaders selected from both sides. I doubt this type of case would be resurrected by any new DOJ people if the current DOJ lot suffered a humiliating defeat. Cheers, PW.
