dave- Thanks for your notes. I have some followup questions if you don't mind:

1. The STPC is not a 'here and now' product, is it?
2. Whose on the other end of the fiber? ie, how do they get onto the Internet backbone? Doesn't sound like CLWK is an ISP. Or are they that too?
3. While the developer gives CLWK the go ahead to lay fiber, don't you think the local incumbent telco is doing the same thing too? It's a no cost deal to the incumbent(little cost).

Don't take my questions wrong, I'm curious right now and just playing the devil's advocate. I did read the entire transcript earlier. And that is what got my curiosity up enough to ask you questions. Thanks. -MikeM(From Florida)
