I'm familiar with them from dealing with them in an education environment. The sales and service reps are not great (this is an understatement). The reason we have SGI stuff is simple: it's the only thing out there that has the graphics power for some of the applications we do.

Then again, this could be a local issue only -- I don't have a vast exposure to this at all.

Just my opinions...
