I only disagree with one word here: explode. A solid, decent, tradeable rally, yes. But you must remember that some folks are taking real money off the table, in the face of higher interest rates. I for one, after riding the inets Up, Up, Up, for two years, and having gotten CREAMED by the double whammy of the recent CORRECTION and ENORMOUS 1999 ST capital gains, am investing a decent portion of my remaining winnings in interest bearing instruments to fund living expenses. fwiw.
