it appears that there are fairly substantial barriers to entry and the WTO is not going to change this. It could well change, IMO - that's what the WTO is all about, isn't it, removing barriers international companies think restrict their ability to trade? - but I certainly agree it will be some long time before it begins to, both because there are far more attractive barriers to attack first for other countries/companies and because in general these changes come slowly through the WTO, not terribly quickly <g>. So I am definitely onside with your opinion(s) that this agreement will be good for CIBT. Cheers WUWT
