Big news on HICS.

SAN DIEGO--(BW HealthWire)--May 25, 2000--Charles Kallmann,
Chairman and CEO of Hydrogiene Corp. (OTCBB:HICS), reported that it
has received an order for its Theraclenze System from YuYu Calmic Co.
of Korea, being one of Korea's leading specialists with a 92% market
share of bathroom deodorizer and sanitary equipment.
The order for 100,000 Theraclenze Systems aggregates approximately
$15 million with first shipments starting in June.
Hydrogiene will shortly change its name to Synergie Holdings. At
that time a new trading symbol will be put in place replacing the
existing HICS SYMBOL. The purpose of the name change is to more
accurately define the mission of the company as a Holding Company
charged with support of its wholly owned subsidiaries.
Acquisitions made to date by Hydrogiene all fall within the areas
of Water Hygiene and related products: Food, Medical, Health,
Nutrition and Cosmetics industries. Each subsidiary is supportive of
others within the soon to be renamed Synergie Holdings. Synergie
Holdings has been structured to support subsidiaries with services
including Advertising and Promotion, Purchasing, Financial Services,
MIS and other functions designed to make each company more profitable,
Kallman said. Diversification, he added, is the key to our
profitability, growth, and dividend returns to our over 12,000
shareholders.
Synergie will always stay focused on its core business supporting
and fine-tuning to achieve maximum profitability.
