In my view, severe sector rotation ebbs and flows. Sector rotation is a permanent feature of the economic cycle, as I am sure you agree. In terms of ST swings and the like, the severe sector rotation you have commented on has abated owing to the recent crashes in both markets. Going forward, I am agnotic on its return.
