The last I remember was Bezos' sale in 11/98, presumably for the purchase and outfitting of this Meydenbauer Bay home. This article alludes to other purchases. What's been his record since then, and what is the significance of these sales?

CEO Jeff Bezos plans to sell 380,000 Amazon shares

WASHINGTON, May 25 (Reuters) - Amazon.com Inc. (NasdaqNM:AMZN - news) Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Bezos plans to sell 380,000 common shares, valued at about $20.4 million, of the online retailer, according to a
recent regulatory filing.

Bezos, who founded the Seattle-based company in 1994, made a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 12 showing his intention
to sell the stock.

He has not sold any Amazon shares in the past three months, the filing showed.

There was no immediate comment from the company, whose share are down 5/16 to 48-1/4 in afternoon trading on Nasdaq.
