Would be a great upgrade for a Powerbook and iMac, although I have concerns about the 256KB cache since all current iMacs have at least 512KB - depends where the knee of the working set curve is in MacOS...

Now, if only Motorola could ship G4s at more than 500MHz, we might be able to buy these new G3s in an Apple machine, but I can't see Steve allowing his iMacs to be faster than his "supercomputer" G4s any time soon.
