Otherwise this 'buying opportunity' could last into October, when the results will start to show some of the high end Radeon shipments. The good news from the downgrades is that the company can't help but exceed the projections. This is a stock to hold for the longer term. I'm convinced that the moves toward diversifying into e-appliances and HDTV are good Agreed! Just picked up a few more shares. I've been with this stock for a long time and have sold portions each time it doubled...strongly believe they have what it takes to survive, and excel! And, it might be nice if the 'buying opportunity' does last a little longer so I can buy a little here, a little there... ...dkp... ginnunggap.com
