Is Judge Jackson always sleepy? I was struck by this from a CNBC article today: "Jackson who often dozed off during the tedious, mind-numbing parade of technical minutia introduced as evidence during the regular phase . . . ." Boredom does not cause you to fall asleep. Did some of you who attended the original court proceedings notice the Judge falling asleep while officiating over the case?
