The only thing that should matter now, to anyone, is whether this is a going concern or not. The company is on the verge of bankruptcy and won't answer legitimate shareholder questions. I'm amazed that doesn't alarm you. Even if they get financing, it won't be favorable terms for the shareholders. Re SEC: Keeping everything close to the vest while I am in communication with them. But as you probably know, they are a little more shareholder friendly than in Canada. SemiBull, I'm surprised, as an attorney, that you would discourage it and think it's a waste of time. Haven't found that to be the case so far.
