Don -- Yes - T IPOed AWE and still holds a portion. Still watching T and waiting to get back in as I have traded T several times recently esp in the 45 - 55 range.

No-- your guess on my entry point is a bit high. I bought as I have worked with the technology for some time. Also the comment by mgmt stating things were just fine. No anger-- a mistake, although an expensive one. Did not realize they were either telling untruths or were not competent enough to know their business. It seemed to be a decent value play at the time being off its high and looking good going fwd. WRONG. Now I shall hold for a bit of an increase if that happens in the near future and correct the mistake.

I am not attacking mgmt but stating opinion. They have the products and installed base. A customer list that would make most companies envious--- yet they cannot make money or grow! Excuses do not cut it in a company that is supposed to be a growth orientated tech. It took hard work to bring it down to this level. Doing nothing could not have accomplished such a feat <ggg>. Those working there are the ones that should feel the emotions you mentioned seeing their efforts not being capitalized upon and their retirement going the way of P&G.
