May go to the meeting myself if I am in the area. I was somewhat impressed with the report. I want to know why they want to increase the number of optinal shares from 250k to 350k? Why? Who is getting them, more for Elsley or to attract any needed talent? Who is Elsley, other than Pres. / CEO / majority shr owner? Why does he command so much power and shares ? I expect there is a darn good answer, ...just like to know it. Cheers
