Let's review
Last quarter (Dec-Feb), 64Meg PC100 SDRAM, MU's dominant product, sold at an average price over the quarter of $7.83. MU made $.58/shr for that quarter.

So far this quarter, with three business days to go, the average price of 64Meg PC100 SDRAM over the quarter has been $6.17, that's $1.66 less than last quarter. I would guess that roughly cuts in half gross margins and makes an earnings guesstimate below $.40 a real possibility.
