Actually the judge is right. The prosecution didn't do their homework... and in fact Microsoft is already organized to be chopped into three. There are three distinct businesses at Microsoft - one of which the prosecution forgot about. Operating Systems (Windoze, CE, NT) Software (Office, Backoffice, SQL, IIS, etc.) Services (MSN, WebTV, MSNBC, etc.) Services were missing from the original remedy. OG
