Somebody clarify this for me....

QCOM benefited when the original China agreement was signed ...

QCOM stock then dropped when it became dicey whether PNTR would be granted, ergo, QCOM would benefit if it passed...

QCOM stock is now being pummeled BECAUSE PNTR passed, because China may not be coerced into using CDMA...

That's about as good an example of damned if you do, damned if you don't that I've ever seen. FUD on QCOM is 1000 miles wide and 1/10 of an inch deep... In fact I'm going to include that in my tagline until this crap diminishes....
