My main comment is the very high commission paid to the broker and the unfortunate effect of the re-pricing of the PP and the warrants. As they state the insiders will sell their shares into the market flooding the supply and buy their new shares at a discount.This is retroactive. What a deal for them.
The company may benefit short term from this new money but will dilute and possibly hurt their share price for the future. The results have to be good to make up for this.
