Ever been on the phone with MSFT support? THey suck

Hate to disagree with you here, but yes, I have been on the phone with MSFT support.

I was one of the unfortunate persons that had AOL eat my other ISP, Earthlink. Then kept on eating other parts of my computer.

AOL was the worst as far as support. Earthlink knew about the problem but did not know how to fix it.
MSFT was extremely understanding and helpful. They even called me the next day to see if everything was OK.

True story!!!
