Dear James:

I agree with your assessment. It seems that people who own NPA also own NPEC and MXR. Althought they are not technically tied together in any sort of business arrangement, the investors own stock in both companies. I do hope that Mr. Keba's assessment is correct and that FIRE starts to trade soon. It seems like forever that we have been waiting for a move on these stocks. I take the fact that NPA has been moving over the past couple of days as a positive sign. Also the fact that MXR moved that one day is positive. It is trying to push up there and will get back to 70 cents soon (I hope).

I guess all the mining issues are still being held down by the BRE-X incident. I don't see that going away anytime soon. Walsh seems to be trying to restructure and rebuild the company again. They may be delisted from Alberta, Nasdaq, Montreal, and Toronto, but they are going to be newly listed as a Canadian OTC trade. Trading may resume again sometime next week. Thus, as BRE has further scandals and incidents that come out...they will still impact all of us.

Just my thoughts and opinions on the topics at hand.

Cordially,
Kerry S. Nelson
