No, just that the market is moving, as in "go where the puck will be". My most bearish take: They are a sitting duck for others who will grab chunks of value, leaving them with an incoherent, overhead-heavy, business. I know of one such plan, and I'm sure there are others.

I see Jim Clark has about $215,000,000 to go - I wonder why he is waiting.

Business and e-business is tough enough without me adding to my May 10 view that the stock could break 13.00. But in view of the other values out there, I would not add or enter at these levels. As I wrote then, it is much safer to buy at 15.125 after a panicky low.

Also, I haven't looked closely, but it seems likely that buying MMGR directly is a much better choice if you do like HLTH or this area.
