Of course they can be replaced, but I wouldn't make investment decisions based on the assumption they will be. I wouldn't either based solely on that alone, however it is part of the equation and must be a factored in on the decision making process. In a growing environment of empowered expansionists we all lose Charles, it would be just a matter of time. Gary
