Why doesn't MSFT just sit down and bite the bullet and try and convince the DOJ tomorrow that a 2 way split is better than a 3 way split and just get on with it ? If MSFT designs their own two way split and the DOJ goes along with it (they too seemed stunned yesterday) than the whole matter is solved and the stock can recover. If this thing drags through the long appeals process, the stock could drip down into the ????
