Cheryl, and what is your familiarity ? I have been in the software dev business for last 15 years. I am very familiar with MSFT's history and that of SUNW, ORCL and IBM among others. You have been unable to refute the fact that MSFT has improved its OS offering (MSDOS->Win3.x->Win9x->Win2K). IMHO, a monopoly would not have to do that. Certainly not one which is harmful to consumers.
