JCJ: What planet are you from he is not on the Appellate Court that will review this case? What is it you don't understand? This not a matter of who you can get on your side ala a game of Red Rover. It is a matter of 3 judges in the DC Appellate Court (who have already reversed Jackson before) reviewing the case and the law and very recent precedents and then overturning Pinhead Jackson yet again. Posner's job is over. He failed. He is now a spectator. JFD
