Don --
At this level afyer such a leadership debacle, if I were setting up a new system I would look for alternatives to novl. Who knows who will be dealing with customers in the near or distant future. And yes-- no one will pull these known products and replace them as there is nothing to take their place. The thought of anyone doing so would be absurd. They are good products doing what they are supposed to very well and have been proven effective.
5-fer at cpq was in charge during a debacle that punished shareholders but not quite as badly. He & his team were fired for those results. I would expect no less for those that have brought this debacle upon shareholders and employees.
My investment decision here is a simple one. There have been gains in many issues taken this year. Any one of the biggest 3 of those would just barely cover 1/3 of my losses here. Some may be held but the majority will go before Thanksgiving at a loss to offset. I also, by luck only, went into a decent portion of cash early so if the mkts do decide to run cash is not needed either. Anything that can be said to me should be info available to all so there would be nothing really new.
