The day following CIBC's World Market rating of RSYS as a "strong buy" with a target of $ 60, the price tanks 14% to 36. Go figure. Maybe I'll just climb under a rock or put my head in the sand for a couple of months. Perhaps by that time sanity will return to the market and confirm my expert choices of stocks. Recent prices have have proved differently.
