HITTE) announced that it expects to file both its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 1999 and its Form 10-Q for the 3 months ended March 31, 2000 on Tuesday, May 30, 2000.
Okay, but what about the previously-filed 10Q's, which claimed revenue from Lie Foundation Trust? I would assume they are going to have to amend all of those.
The Company has until Tuesday May 30th to complete its filing.
Guess they wanted to prolong their previously-claimed status of being "profitable" as long as they could.
Once filed, the Company's symbol will change from HITTE to HITT and the Company's stock will continue to be listed on the OTC Bulletin Board.
But what about the Nasdaq listing?
The Company has been advised by its auditors that they anticipate completing and signing off on the audits, along with the company's filing of their annual 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday May 30, 2000.
Good job, auditors. For your sake, I hope that you get paid before The Company goes bust. Here's my advice: Don't take any wooden nickels, or postage stamps, or oil production promissory notes, or bank trading program investments, or any of that stuff. |
