I have asked you to clear your name concerning the question of what you did with donations you collected to give to a Kosovo charity. You claimed you would match any donation you were given with equal donations of your own.
At your sentencing hearing the issue of "if" the money you collected actually got to a charity, when an FBI agent testified he was involved in the matter.
I knew nothing of this issue until I heard about the FBI involvement and I admit, I was and still am outraged... Completely floored. Either you fraudulently and despicably miss-used charitable donations or you were wrongly accused while doing a very good deed.
Given your shady background, FBI involvement and your responsibility for getting the money to a charity, I believe any "man on the street" would agree you have an obligation to disclose exactly what you did with the money. I also believe any "man on the street" would not consider this an unreasonable request.
I posted 4 simple questions for you to answer so that you could clear your name and put this issue to rest.

Everyone can see these questions are reasonable. Why have you refused to explain what happened to the charity money so this issue can go away?

This is exactly how you responded:
"No Investigation, do your own DD, dont rely on morons"

Instead of answering any of these reasonable questions, you change the subject, attack me personally and threaten to try to cause IRS trouble for me.
Reminds me of the saying "desperate acts by a desperate man" Avoidance and personal attacks only make you look petty... and well... Guilty
Lets make this real simple Tony, one question at a time:
1. What exactly did you do with the donated money? Just tell us what charity you gave money, when you gave the money and how much money you gave. What's so hard about that - you were responsible for seeing this money was donated as you promised - right?
Answer the questions and prove you did not miss-use charity money. And get a grip bud, I have no grudge against you, I'm not Matt Tyson or Fane Loza.
But I do fight on the side of justice and truth. If you prove you did nothing wrong, you clear your name and the issue goes away - and most importantly, you don't have people wondering if you solicited donations for charity and then miss-used the money. |
