Dear Preston: your arguement about bootleg is precisely WHY China entering the WTO will be a good thing. They will come under the laws and regulations of the WTO.
You appear to have a low opinion of the Chinese. As a race, I think you will find they are more honest, industious and hardworking then many other peoples of the world. They just currently lack leadership throughout their entire country.
As to fearing them, I wonder why. They have not been aggressive outside their borders in the entire history of their nation. (I dont count Taiwan, N.Vietnam as aggressive policies as they have long disputed where the border of their nation is) JDN
