Were I he, I'd want to get the lay of the land before I signed off on anything. I completely agree. I found it odd that they were trying to sell MAT Interactive before the new crew anyway. Weren't these the same folks who were (actively or passively) involved in buying TLC?? Of course Havas would be interested in the software developed by MI pre-TLC. Duh! What company in their right mind would pay decent money for just the TLC stuff now? I hope it's not really this obvious when all is known. If it is the new CEO should flush the rest of the remaining management or at least put them in charge of things in their areas of expertise.... Sheesh! JF
