Here are two possible strategies?

1. Ashton confirms very good micro count on Roudrock or macro counts from BH225 or an impressive count from the three new Alberta pipes. They announce the news prior to the rights expiration. This direction is attractive for the new president coming in and create opportunity for investors to subscribe to additional stock.

2. Ashton does not announce anything prior to the expiration of the rights. Why? Ashton Australia subscribes to the whole issue and increase their control to 69%.

Either way we analyze this, it is a win situation for both speculators and investors. The float remains light when we consider what AMl will control. Dilution is not yet an issue.
IMO, Robert Boyd will bring 'new' investor interest in the program.
