Thanks, but where do I get Proline/Lysine? Is that in health food stores?

I'm going to run out later and see if I can pick up this stuff. The office looks like a pharmacy as it is, so a few more bottles of stuff is not a problem.

My C is 292, with the "bad" C at 172(I think the Low version is the "bad" stuff). So I'm supposed to lop off about 30% of it. I'll never do it without some kind of artificial help such as what you are talking about.
