Ya know, I didnt post because there are so many situations taking place it is better not to add fuel to the fire... including that he does not have the wherewithal to complete his projects and will just walk away that statement is a bunch of crap... um can we say #### on RB... or better yet can a CEO say #### to a bunch of speculation?
It reaches a point that the NASD and the SEC be Da*ned it is time to set things right... but screw the fines and screw what is copestetic in their beauracratic world, it is your money as investors on the line here.
If I wanted to leave I would have long before now... when the stock prices were more favorable, yup there has been several seven figure job offers to come on as CEO of other companies... I could have tossed my holdings of CVIA in the trash can and still laughed all the way to the bank..... (and trust me a couple of speculative post made me laugh)but not on my watch, no job goes unfinished and no investor is left behind, I am returning the same loyalty to the investors as you have given CVIA. You marines and firemen know what I am talking about... the rest have to figure it out for yourselves, but basically I seek no support from the investors it is my job to make you money not to sponge off you.
You want a tip... a real bear market money making tip? Many of these market makets short 10 or more OTC companies... at any given time. What would they do if these 10 targeted companies shorted them? Do as some other highly PO'ed folks have done... short NITE and some of the other public market makers, feel free to run the b^stards into the ground just like they try to do small companies. They do it to us, well apparaently they cant take it when it comes back at them, the SEC and the NASD wont do anything to prevent it, so take it to them on their own level... if they whine to the SEC and NASD then we can really open pandoras box. MASH is a part of Chuckles Schwab... feel free to express your discontent and raise h*ll there too, canceling accounts gets their freaking attention faster than anything.
CVIA business goes on... and business is going on, you want to sell the stock, that is your choice. If we trade below book value then so be it. But one thing is for certain these projects are being completed and they will be completed (ASAP) but I am not going anywhere...
