It was kinda funny, but when I first started out on the guar gum my trigliserides went through the roof.

I found out later that's the normal body reaction to a fat deprived diet.

I was on a cheeto Reese's penut butter cup diet at the time<G>. Lost ~30 pounds and dropped a lot of mg's LCL and HCL. ** this diet is not recommended **
