What a bunch of BS. "They will pay a premium over Summit's current stock market valuation". As in, DUH! The stock reached $30 and is now only $12 and change. So what is their offer - $13.13?? Tell management to tell Nestle to get stuffed unless they pay a REAL multiple to today's depressed price!!! The LADAR vision system is getting FDA approvals right and left, and we are clearly the technology leader in the vision correction business. This is already making me sick...
